East Haven police logs, Jan. 26-Feb. 1: Jan. 26 Nain Langston, 41, of Hamden, was charged with disorderly conduct. Jan. 27 Luis Junior Garcia, 23, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. Jan. 30 Flavio Jovanni Morocho-Pandi, 26, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, violation of a protective order, and interfering with an emergency call. Feb. 1 Robert Canter, 39, of Easton, MD, was charged with risk of injury to a child, two counts of violation of a protective order, second-degree harassment, second-degree strangulation/suffocation, and third-degree assault.
