Grocery Outlet in Eureka is an embarrassment

The Eureka GROCERY OUTLET store sucks! I went there and there were ZERO carts available. They can't afford carts? There were no handbaskets, either. They can't afford handbaskets? Apparently they can't afford checkers, either. It makes you wonder... If they are skimping on carts, handbaskets and checkers, can they afford to have proper refrigeration or sell items that have proper expiration dates? Man that place has gone down hill.
