Babysitting exchange for a free room

Hello, I am looking for someone who can look after two kids (8 and 11 years old) from Sunday evening 3/6 - Wed 3/9 while I am away for work. In exchange, you can stay in a furnished room with a private bathroom for 1 week free (Sunday 3/6-Sunday 3/13) or I can help you with baby-sitting or help you with running errands. The duties include: - They will be in school from 8am-5:30pm. Bring them to school between 8-8:15am and pick them up from school around 5:15pm (Monday-Wed). School is within walking distance (a couple of mins). - Simple meal preps - Put them in bed. They need to go to bed by 9-9:30pm. I think it will be pretty simple in terms of work duties and hours. We are located in South Tampa, not far from SOHO and Hyde Park. Trader joe/Burger King are about 15 mins walking distance or 4 min driving. Walgreens is 8 mins walking distance. TJ Maxx/Freshmart are 14 mins walking distance/3 mins driving. I prefer a female who is good with children. Please provide a good reference. Thank you.
