Contractor - Fence Needed for Backyard

Hello - I'm in need of a fence built for my backyard in Baltimore City. I need the following done, - Remove existing wire fence (see picture below) and replace with a 6ft. wooden fence with the picture style shown below. - Remove weeds, shrubs, and trees surrounding yard *Major plus if you have landscaping skills or know how to work with cement. *Text messages or calls will be responded to much more quickly. Please provide your name, email, sample work, and date of availability to go and provide a free quote. I am looking to start this on March 1st. Payment Terms - No payment will be made until all work is complete. Sorry, a few bad contractors made me create this policy for everyone I work with.
