Hello! I'm an artist who is looking for studio space around Independence MO. I can get one in KC, but can't seem to find any leads on something in Independence. I don't need anything fancy, just needs to be heated, have electricity, and be accessible in the evenings and weekends. I need at least 200 sq feet and am willing to pay around $1/sq.ft. Maybe you have a heated garage you'd like to rent out? A corner in a warehouse space? An empty building that you don't want to fix up but can't find a tenant? If you don't have a space, but know someone who might, that would be great too! Any leads would be helpful! Thanks!
