Looking for professional landscaper to join our team and fill a landscape maintenance position (lead). Person should bring a good attitude, a strong work ethic, experience in the field of landscaping, as well as experience as a lead. Our maintenance route is very plant heavy, and we are all plant lovers, so confidence with identification and care is an important must. Experience running equipment (mowers, trimmers, hedgers) is also a must. Would like applicant to have a valid driver's license and ability to drive a truck and trailer as well. We are an established small business here in Eugene that has a great client base with some great gardens. We are tight knit group that care about each other and the work that we do. We are looking for a great fit to fill out our crew moving forward. Starting wage is $16-18/hr DOE. We offer four paid holidays throughout the year and flexible time off upon request.
