Pilgrim's Debone Cutter FULL-TIME $16.95/hr, plus $1500 new hire bonus 949 Industrial Boulevard, Gainesville, GA 30501 $3/hour Perfect Attendance Incentive. Each week, if you work every day that you're scheduled for your full shift, you'll receive $3 more an hour for each hour you work. SUMMARY: Cut shoulder and wings from front halves ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: including the following. Other duties may be assigned. While performing this duty employee makes a cut to the shoulder, pulls the breast meat half way down and removes the wing.
