Lost Tool boxes full of Equipment

Hi neighbors-my son in law's truck tailgate opened (we think it never latched due to ice buildup from the ice storm) somewhere between the entrance to 79 North in Coraopolis going over the bridge towards Emsworth exit and 65 North around 2pm Sunday (today). He lost two big toolboxes full of very important tools and equipment. When we retraced our steps shortly after, there was absolutely no trace of them (so we assume they hit the ground intact and someone picked them up). If you happened to pick them up, please PM me.
