HOUSEKEEPER needed for a detailed, organized, clean, busy single professional female in a high-rise condo in Westwood. SCHEDULED: Part-time. 3-5 mornings per week for a few hours per day based on your availability. But once the schedule is locked in 100% reliability is a must. JOB DUTIES INCLUDES: daily cleaning and organizing for a 2+2 high-rise condo on the Wilshire corridor. Duties include laundry, taking care of 2 cats and plants. Some light meal perp, occasional errands, and some personal assistant type work based on your skills. REQUIREMENTS: Must speak English - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Strong work ethic, honest, truthful, 100% reliable. Responsible, reliable, punctual, flexible, honest, focused, detailed, organized, able to follow directions and systems, responsible. Able to follow a checklist on an online app/calendar with very little management once trained. Detailed, focused, meticulously organized, and systems-oriented. Takes pride in fully completing work flawlessly.
