Description
I have a 1 year old mix that is 45 lbs and in need of a good home. We rescued her from our neighbor who was starving her. We had her spayed, got her up to date on shots, and on heartworm prevention. She is not housebroken as she stays in a 10x10 outside. She could be trained with treats. Just say "snackies" and she will run straight to her crate for snacks right before bed. She is crate trained for overnight. Ten hours is on the outer limits of how long she can hold her pee. Needs to be in home with just dogs. She is high energy and would do best in a yard with a tall 6' privacy fence. If you want a dog to take on the Greenway, she would love to run along. She gets along with our kids but likes to jump up on people. A home with older kids or no kids would be preferred. She is a medium sized dog and is probably done growing since she was starved. She is highly food motivated but is not food aggressive. She is a dominant personality. She likes to play hard with larger dogs. We were able to rescue the mom and her 7 dogs. We are still trying to find homes for the final two. I live in Dunn but would be willing to meet. A small rehoming fee of $50 is required to ensure she is going to a safe home. She really wants to be somebody's cuddle bug. If you want a dog young enough to train, she'd be a good fit.
