My husband and I are looking for a Full Time Live-In to run the house and assist with my mother in law. We are 2 full-time working older adults, living with my mother-in-law who is 85 with Alzheimers. We also have 1 older small very friendly dog so you must also like animals. We live in a large fairly new home in Westbury Long Island on a quiet residential block. We are looking for someone who will be able to run the household and take care of my mother in law. This includes to make sure that she eats; dispense her medications 2x day, assist her to bathe, dress, take her for a walk around the block maybe once a day weather permitting, etc as well as taking care of the entire household chores of daily Cooking, Cleaning, Laundry, Organization etc. We are looking for our live in to work 6 days a week Monday through Saturday with Sundays off or work 7 days Mon-Sun if you prefer. We do travel a couple of times a year at which point we would need you to work 7 days a week but you would be compensated for the additional time. You will get a Private Room and board which are included as part of compensation with payment of $600-700 cash per week depending on the number of days worked. $600 For 6 Days, $700 for 7 Days. This is not an hourly job. You would have your own bedroom, TV and Wifi. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible and will be holding daily interviews until we find the right person for this job. We Require IN PERSON interviews so you would need to be able to travel to us in Westbury Long Island to do so. Please dont waste our time or yours if you cannot work at least 6 days a week or are looking for higher compensation. We are looking for a Very Clean, Energetic, Super Organized, and mature Woman for this position. No Men I'm sorry, my mother in law needs assistance bathing and dressing and does not feel comfortable with a man. No Smoking, No Drugs. No family Drama, No Guests. This is a Live in position for a serious person. My mother in law sometimes gets up in the middle of the night and needs to be put back to bed.
