Looking for a general handyman to work unit turns among 8 multi-family apartment buildings in central Seattle. Most work to be completed between the 1st and the 7th of each month with occasional odd jobs outside of those days. Anywhere from 10 - 50 hours/month depending on need. Great job to add to your full time position as long as you feel you can dedicate plenty of time to these projects the first week of the month. I work for a company with many buildings so opportunity to turn this into a full time position is highly likely if you can do the work quick and up to standard! Flexible work schedule. Must be able to meet deadlines and work quickly. General handyman work including; painting, patching holes, repairing flooring or wall damage, caulking tubs and showers, replacing mini blinds, etc. Must have own tools. Job-specific supplies can be provided or invoiced to me. Must be able to send in a w9, generate own invoicing, and accept checks for payment. We pay net 30. Call today 206-419-7074
