COOK ONE THOUSAND PANCAKES for my event next weekend

Greetings! I am looking for someone to cook ONE THOUSAND fluffy, delicious pancakes that can be reheated from frozen/ refrigerated with a commercial toaster - picture below. Will pay minimum $600 dollars! If you convince me I should, I am willing to pay more. I am hosting a pop up event this Saturday (2/12) from 11am to 4pm. Ideally, I would like to pick them up Friday (2/11) between 7pm and 8pm, but also can be picked up Saturday morning before 9am. Must be 1,000 pancakes. This is a firm requirement.
