SUPERVISORY POSITION - EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Responsible for overseeing the cleaning and sanitizing of the baking facility to meet federal and state requirements.
Responsible for doing various general job duties to support the production run.
Works within a sanitation crew of 2-3 people.
Reports to management. Supervisory experience, reliability and follow-thru on assigned duties is a must!
SHIFT: 4pm until done. Monday-Thursday. *Friday-Sunday off.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Wash and sanitize production equipment following procedures and instructions, document activities as needed. Disassemble and reassemble parts of the machinery to ensure that equipment is cleaned thoroughly, notify appropriate parties when problems are encountered.
• Wash and sanitize production work area.
• Empty all refuse containers.
• Clean and sweep warehouse.
• Clean office areas, lunchrooms and restrooms.
• Ensure that production area, sanitation area and tools are kept clean and organized.
• Discard used packaging materials in an appropriate manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Clean, climate controlled, and teamwork oriented. Friday, Saturday, Sunday off.
