Wanted: cat/kitten

I'm looking for a cat or kitten, any age, that can be (or trained to be) an indoor/outdoor cat (I have a pet door so the cat come in and out as he/ she pleases). Preferably with all its vacations, not feral, and litter box trained (even better if they are calico, orange, multicolored, or very fluffy, but im not too picky). I have a couple of acres for the cat to roam on and I can let him/her in at night to sleep on her/his own cat bed, a cat tree, toys, etc. I would also like the cat to be friendly with small animals like chicks if possible (or trained to be) as I have pet chickens and want the cat to protect the chickens and babies instead of eating them.
