Description
Experience Handyman is needed. Must be reliable and able to work alone. Handyman will be living at property. You must work 2-3 days a week without fail. Those days will pay for your rent, electrical and water, there will never be money exchange. You can do jobs elsewhere as long as the days required are fulfilled. We can discuss those dates. Room is for a single person ONLY. We will not board anyone else on the premises. If you think you are that person, please contact me, by text only so we can discuss it even more. (210) 854-6138. Tasks range from minor to major, from unskilled to highly skilled.
Include Painting, Drywall, Texturing, Tape & Float, Remodeling, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, Crown Molding, Framing, Fence repair and New Installation(s), Tile work, ETC. A little bit of everything. Other Skills are a plus.
