Hello, Note a simple pad lock cut. It’s a tube lock that’s been drilled out 75% of the way. (See pics) It’s been hard to find anyone who can come within the next two days. I had some idiot come out last week who left before the job was done. See pictures to really understand. Very simple if you know what you’re doing. I don’t have tools. Drill and switch out the bits and keep getting bigger. Shouldn’t take more then 30 minutes. If that. Nothing sketchy. an indoor storage facility.
