We are a 30 something couple with a unique rental history looking for a place to live under a private owner. What we need (please follow this!): - Private owner must live in Arizona. We rather have a peace of mind seeing this person face to face. - If private owner requests payments through cash aps such as Zelle or Cash App, this is a red flag and we will ignore you without any notice. - This landlord must not rush us. One of us recently started a new job back in August and can fork over so much that is saved for deposit. Here is our rental history: Spouse 1: - Has credit in mid 500s - has one eviction - Recently started a new job within walking distance of Trmpe Market Place and earns $2100 a month before taxes taken out Spouse 2: - Has credit in low 500s - Has 2 evictions - Has an eviction over a decade old - On disability and gets $773 a month If you fit our requirements, please answer with what you are offering and your availability on when we can look at your said property. Will pass emails that says anything along the lines of, "I might have a place." Or "are you still looking?" We have no time for this.
