Personal/Executive Assistant/ Concierge for 2 Co CEOs in Houston Texas PLEASE be vaccinated Salary 90K- 135K DOE plus Stipend towards Benefits (with true Benefits down the road), plus discretionary bonus Part Remote/ Part in Office or their home Two CEO’s, who do EVERYTHING together as families and business partners, seek to hire the ultimate EA/PA Concierge. These are two of the KINDEST people and set a great tone for the work environment. This is a new position thus they are relying on the candidate to have expertise in how to create systems, are accustomed to assisting very busy business individuals in both personal and admin/business needs. The position is roughly 70-80% persona/30- 20% business. Their homes are in the River Oaks area— and the offices are near Greenway Plaza. You can work from home occasionally as well as the office and or their home but must be flex for which days, as they will vary week to week depending on the various needs. Ultimately we are seeking to hire a right hand that can assist with may of the duties that are tying up their day. MUST be discreet, polished and most of all caring in that you perform well and enjoy making life easier for the principals. Duties will include but are not limited to ( these needs are not everyday) Act as primary gatekeeper for both CEO’s/brothers Manage day to day Schedules/Calendars for business and personal, as well as family calendars for both brothers and their children. Organize Travel for business and family trips Will research hotels, book reservations for flights/hotels/cars, create itineraries, schedule all meals and other excursions for the two families. Will be adept at keeping track of points and flight miles, be aware of connecting flights and transfer times. Will ensure smooth travel process and be available for needs via phone, text, email while traveling. Ensure that concierge at various destinations will be in touch with principals and families upon arrival. Manage personal reservations and appointments at home SET reminders for the principals and always ensure that they are kept abreast of their appointments and or agendas and to do lists Keep track of “to do list” and mark off what has been managed Maintain relationships and research for all outside vendors for the home(s) Assist with creating any systems for the home(s) and office to keep organized information. Keep files for paperwork as related to all various insurances for home and business Create and maintain updated Rolodex for business/family/friends as well as keep track of birthdays and special occasions Set up in home systems for anything that may be needed Plan and set events/dinner parties: kids birthdays, holidays, etc. Coordinate and maintain basic computer clerical tasks: Accounting expense reports, tracking receipts, petty cash credit card reconciliation, paying vendors, reviewing contracts, Requirements: 5 plus years as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant — please have some “in home” or personal assistant based knowledge 4 year degree preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor regardless of any informal nature of the role Ability to work independently as well as within a team Proactive and bright with high cognitive and problem solving skills Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks as they arise as well as multi-task effectively The most successful person for the role will be kind, upbeat, self assured, self starting, and able to “read a room” Excellent skills on the computer inclusive of all Microsoft Office, Tech Savvy Excellent References Ability have a squeaky clean Background check — all areas as well as Driving PLUS - having had experience with high-net-worth families
