Hey! I am looking for someone with experience working on Humvee's (HMMWVs) / Firetrucks + other vehicles to perform general maintenance on. I have a Humvee, a LMTV, and a 1994 Teledyne / E-one 8x8 p-23 Firetruck. Please text me if interested 🚒Firetruck The P-23 Firetruck starts and somewhat operates. When accelerated it seems it slips out of gear and I think there's a hydraulic line leak. Would love to troubleshoot it and get it driving reliably. I replaced all the batteries and we have oil to do a change + find the hydraulic leak. It has a Detroit Diesel 8V92TA. Hopefully we'll get her running smoothly then do a bunch of general maintenance things (Oil, seals, etc) 🚛Humvee / HMMWV I have a 2011 HMMWV with 400 miles on it that was running fine and stopped starting. It cranks strong and I replaced the batteries but I think the fuel pump went out. I changed fuel filter and when she cranks there's no fuel coming through the lines / injectors. Here's a good YouTube video on troubleshooting the fuel system () Here's the link that I bought it from Some things that come to mind that we should do for the HMMWV (feel free to add more): -Fuel filter change -Glow plugs replaced -Flush transmission fluid / change filter -Flush radiator fluid -Check and tighten belts -Differential check fluid and change -Maybe add new seats 😂 - she's not the comfortable lol I also have a LMTV that I need to change the tires on and we could work on in the future when it inevitably breaks down 😂.
