Personal protection and guard dog

Just turned Three. An Intact (not neutered)100 pound 2X Bully Pit. He loves to play with other dogs not like the usual pitbull bad crap. He will be a bit apprehensive though if the other dog is a large intact male. He will protect me like i've never seen before and his bark and growl(very deep and resinous-not whiny like most pit bulls-- will scare the crap out of you. Im having second knee replaced and having some hip problems so I am not going to be able to continue to get him out like I would like. Whoever gets him will have to be strong he will walk to your side and heel but only with a choker on. I have gear he wears that shows he is a service dog and behaves well in stores etc...He cannot be approached by strangers to pet. He hasnt bitten anyone in this scenario but he will growl and send a warning. His gear says do not pet. If anyone comes into his domain (my condo) he will attack. I have to be with him when someone comes in then everything is ok. This dog will only go to someone who understands he is a personal protection dog..Probably would be an excellent Police dog. He does not play. Ive tried. I know he sounds scary but he will lay down at ur command and love you up. Dont even call me if you have ill intent. Ill know. .
