Construction/Handyman Needed

I am looking for a person who can do the following: 1) Review architectural plans 2) Tell me what materials are needed 3) Source the materials at a preferential price 4) Do the work at a daily fixed rate (I do not want to pay by the job.) I need someone who knows framing, drywall, flooring, kitchens, roofing, bathrooms, and windows. I would like someone who is experienced and can demonstrate a good track record in the construction field. This would be a long-term construction project lasting for 4-6 months.
