Original band looking for lead guitarist

Original band, with about 45 minutes of material, looking for a lead guitarist with some knowledge of theory or a decent chord/scale reference. I would say that we're a band with multicultural influences. There's some punk, alternative, Latin, rock, we like to use altered chords and listen to music ranging from classical, theater, radio hits from the 80's and 90's and international pop. We write new music typically once a week or every other week and encourage everyone to take part in the process. Percussion, keys, rhythm, bass and vocals covered, we just need a creative guitarist to fill out our sound. Practice is on Sunday in Ithaca from 11:00/12:00-3:00. We have multiple rehearsal spaces, record practices and are working on an LP. We're serious about creating great music and are looking for someone in the same state of mind.
