Looking for a chill/laid back cat or dog.

Just looking for a low to medium energy cat or dog. I live a chill apartment lifestyle. Occasionally like going out to parks to where I can walk the pup, I've also got a dog park in my complex. But overall I'd prefer a dog that doesn't bark a ton and doesn't have a ton of energy to burn (to also be thoughtful of neighbors). With a cat I'm happy as long as they like to cuddle up sometimes. Must be spayed/neutered and have vaccination/rabies papers so I can provide that to my complex. I do not have any breed restrictions. Let me know if you're looking to rehome, thank you! :)
