Come work with a close-knit team and a supportive supervisor! Scenic condo complex close to the beach is seeking a Part-time Maintenance Worker with a strong landscaping background, along with good oral communication skills. 16 hours per week, with the potential for full time employment. Rate of pay is $15 to $17 per hour, based on experience. Vacations and holidays to be discussed. Possession of a Guard Card and/or pool upkeep experience would also be a plus.
