Found female grey Pitbull with brown eyes on Lower Kimo Drive. Dog is very skinny, has a bad skin condition and a lump at the base of her tail. She is super friendly and very sweet. She is well trained and knows how to sit and lay down. She was found with a grey/green collar on with no tags. She has no microchip.
