We'll make Classic Cantonese: Lo Mein, Egg Rolls, Shrimp with Lobster Sauce, Almond Cookies We're cooking in our new space on San Jose Boulevard. This hands-on class, you will re-create classic Cantonese restaurant dishes: Shrimp with Lobster Sauce, Lo Mein, Egg Rolls, and Almond Cookies. Class starts at 10AM and we'll be done by noon. Blue Bamboo Restaurant has long embraced its bistro-inspired menu with the all the comforts of down home Southern cooking. Executive chef and proprietor Dennis Chan has operated this award winning restaurant since its opening in Jacksonville.
