Meet Recon. He will be one year on the end of February. Housebroken. He is Doberman/German Shepherd mix. Greeneville TN area. Commands known: Sit Stay Shake Speak Whisper Spin Lay down Bed Wait Crawl Heel Leave it He is good on a leash if he has a firm owner. He will pull but if corrected he won’t. He needs to be told to heel and is food driven. He loves toys and loves to swim. Despite loving to swim he doesn’t like baths. He won’t bite but he will pout. He is too big for me to pick him up for the tub now so I will put him on a chain outside and wash him. He will just move a lot so I will hold him still and wash him. I have personal family matters that prevent me from providing the right care for him. He is a good 100 pounds. He has as appointment on the 27th to be neutered, microchipped, and vaccines for $100ish at Greene County Humane Society if the new owner wishes to continue with that appointment. He is not allowed on our furniture, but will sit with paws on the floor watching tv with us. He will alert you if anyone is outside. He gets along well with other dogs but can play rough so an only dog home is best. We do have a farm cat but he will try to play rough with her too. A home with no children is best where he is so big. He loves to run and play so a home with a fenced in yard, acreage, or an active owner is preferred. Rehoming fee of $200. His crate would be a separate fee. He will come with transition food, regular collar, choker collar, toys and leash.
