Wanted: $Will Pay You$ For Rental Space

I Hobby with vehicles/mechanical things and am in search of a temporary rental area that has access to a 220 outlet and someone that would like to make a little extra monthly cash. If there's no 220 outlet but is near a source that I can set up a 220 outlet, that would be just fine. I don't care what the space is as long as I can pull a vehicle in with a little extra room for tools etc, and be at-least somewhat enclosed. Garage, shed, barn, old business, storage, warehouse, car port, building etc etc. If its not enclosed completely I can possibly modify it to my needs. Would just have to look at it. Obviously something already enclosed would work as well. Location doesn't matter. I live in West Evansville and work in Northern Evansville. Cities surrounding Evansville or something fairly close could be a possible option. So don't count me out if your within that range. I would hook a meter to any electrical outlets I would use and pay you for all the electric I would use plus the monthly rent price for the space. I am very clean/organized and would take good care of your space. I am in the ball park range for monthly rent of $50 to $100 depending on the situation and what all is in the offer. Anything over that would have to be something fairly extraordinary but I'm always up for offers. Please do not hesitate to make me an offer for what ever you have and contact me and let me know. And just for the record I'm not really looking for anything extraordinary. Just what I have listed above but please do not let that push you away. Get with me and let me know an offer of price and what you have. Just wanted to give a basic range of what I'm needing. I work a-lot of hours at my employer so I wouldn't be there all the time. I work 2nd shift so the days I would come after work would be from around Midnight to early morning hours. The only other time I would be there would be every other weekend. Those are my days off. I am a very responsible and well orientated person that would really appreciate someone that would like to do business for I really want a place to hobby and help out someone with a little extra cash.
