This session of Beltway's Taste & Learn series we'll explore recipe formulation and sensory evaluation. Beltway Brewing Taste & Learn: Recipe Formula & Evaluation Wednesday, February 16 at 6pm EXCLUSIVELY FOR BELTWAY INNER LOOP CLUB MEMBERS (Sign up via the link above) The next session in Beltway Brewing’s Taste & Learn Series will provide participants with the opportunity to taste 2 experimental beers that we are currently brewing on one of our small systems.  We will discuss our Recipe Formulation and Evaluation processes.  Then, following our structured "Sensory Evaluation" procedures, participants will assist us in judging these experimental beers.  We will seek input and feedback on aroma, flavor, mouthfeel and overall impressions to help us perfect and finalize the recipes.  We plan to scale up one of these experimental beers and do a full brew for release in the Spring. Participants will assist in the development process for this future release.  Don't miss this unique and exclusive opportunity.
