Self Healing Workshop, This workshop will be like no other that you have been to. Learning how to truly grow and achieve your goals is tough Ava's Bloom has teamed up with Luiseno Healing and not only are we now sharing space, but we have launched our long talked about partnership of Healing Bloom!! March 19 sees the very first of many workshops that we are planning. This workshop is on Empowerment and includes topics such as: AcudetoxBoundariesMindfulnessAddiction (not what you think!)Inner Child (we all have one)Personal & Reflective DevelopmentValuesMeditationThe workshop is 9am through til 4pm and will be an activity packed day. Participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance and a goody bag! This workshop is not gender specific and we encourage any and all to attend. Seats are very limited as we want to keep it personal so are limited to only 10! But don't worry if you miss out this time, there will be another!!
