By those actually doing it We saw a need to put together an event for those looking to just get started in real estate investing. Whether it be how to best structure your very first purchase, or moving from 1-10 units as quickly as possible and beyond. There are many "workshops" put on but folks who haven't even purchased their first property. We decided to put together a team of pro's who have been doing both finance and real estate in the trenches. Folks who aren't afraid to talk about the good, bad and the ugly. In this workshop, we will not only focus on the wins but many of the failures and barriers to entry into this business. From restrictions with various cities to be cognizant of, to watching your bottom line and correctly planning/budgeting... this will be a "no holds bar" free flow of real estate investing information spoken from the titans of industry in NE Ohio.
