What is Vocal Yoga?
Vocal Yoga is designed to unblock the breath and voice from parts of the body where it has been braced or blocked due to the emotional and physical stresses of life. When the body is free to breathe and released from encumbrances, the student will discover a new depth and expansion to their voice.
Who is Vocal Yoga for?
Yogis, voice athletes (vocalists, actors, public speakers, etc.) and anyone who wants to experience a novel method to free, train and heal the voice.
Why Vocal Yoga?
How we take care of our body is expressed thorugh the voice. The voice is capable of changing and restoring the body by releasing muscle tension from the inside out. Vocal Yoga offers voice work and somatic work to efficiently energize the body, restore the body, and explore the natural vocal tone.
