Yoga Flow Class in the historic "Riggs Park" community
This is an energetic form of movements where students learn to move fluidly from one posture to the next while connecting with their breath. Riggs Park has much historical value as a community within the DC communities at-large at sharing healthy spaces for families and youth. Now, offering a space to practice a wonderful healing art form, connectivity, and physical fitness....it will be an experience to remember and visit daily.
