Black Futures month concludes with a Community-Wide Story Circle where YOUR story gets added to our future history archive. YOUR story is an important part of the soon to be history of Black Baton Rouge, we want you to add it and a token (fabric) to the Black Futures Quilt Project to tell our future residents you were here! MetroMorphosis, a nonprofit 501©3 organization, was incorporated in 2012. The mission of MetroMorphosis is to transform urban communities from within.The organization has developed four strategies to make a positive impact in Baton Rouge's urban communities and beyond: LaunchBR; Our Schools... Our Excellence; Urban Leadership Development Initiative, and Urban Congress on African- American Males.
