This workshop will give you space to dream, vision-casting for your most empowered, aligned life using the practice of journaling. Visualizing your dreams, and speaking them aloud, can work magic to set them into motion. This workshop will give you space to dream, vision-casting for your most empowered, aligned life. We’ll practice a guided visualization meditation and work with special journaling practices designed to explore and manifest your dreams. You do not need a pre-existing journaling practice or consider yourself a "writer" by any means. Simply come as you are, with an open mind and heart, ready to try something new or deepen an existing journaling practice. Please bring a journal or notepad, pen or pencil, and something comfortable to sit on the floor with such as a yoga mat, pillow or blanket. Chairs are also available if you prefer. A note on COVID precautions: The studio space where our workshop is being held honors COVID guidelines. Space is limited to 9 participants, spaced out for social distancing.
