Our focus of the evening will be on love - starting with our most intimate relationship... the one we have with ourselves! During the soundbath you will lie comfortably on your yoga mat, while the sound artist plays a series of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums and other instruments. The sound resonates through the space, washing over your body and mind, like a wave. What to expect at a soundbath Many attendees have noted that they are able to clear their minds or meditate on important items like life choices, work or personal matters.
