Bellingham firm looking for Environmental Sampling Technicians to assist with air, water, groundwater, soil, and waste sampling. Candidates with environmental sampling or consulting experience are preferred. Compensation will depend on the candidate's experience. Candidates must have current driver's license. Drug test and background check will be required as well. Job Purpose: Collect samples from air, groundwater, soil, and waste media. Duties: Collect samples at industrial facilities and corrective action sites and ship to appropriate laboratories. Evaluate laboratory results for completeness and compliance with QA/QC standards. Understand facility permits and environmental regulations. Prepare sampling reports that summarize sample results and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
