We have a cool band. We need 2 guitarists, a bassist, a drummer, vocals, a keyboard player, and maybe a sax and violin. Basically everything. You must be awesome, but only take direction from me because it's my band. You must also adamantly support and know the list of 20 bands that I will list but nobody has ever heard of. You better not know any of these obscure bands, because then they won't be cool anymore and I will need to hate them. And you. Did I mention you must be awesome and a professional and ready to go on a world tour? You must also be between the ages of 22 and 22.5. You must also have practice space. For free. And excellent gear. And also excellent gear for me, since it's my band and I want to do something. You must be good with others playing with your gear. Also I may not have mentioned it, but it's my band. So shut up and play. I have gigs lined up. I can't tell you about them, they are super secret.
