BIRMINGHAM, AL — Two heavy hitters in the Birmingham residential real estate industry are forming a partnership. According to a Birmingham Business Journal report, the residential brokerage division of H2 Real Estate is merging with ARC Realty. According to the agreement, ARC will assume interactions with developers and agents, while H2 will retain control of the leasing side of H2 Real Estate, the BBJ reports.
