Mississippi Bank To Break Ground On Liberty Park Branch

VESTAVIA HILLS, AL — The latest addition to the local banking community will break ground on its new Liberty Park branch this week, as Community Bank of Mississippi is building its second Birmingham location in Cahaba Station off Liberty Parkway. A groundbreaking event will take place Oct. 22 at 10 a.m. at 8001 Liberty Parkway, according to the Vestavia Hills Chamber of Commerce. Community Bank's new 5,000-square-foot location will provide deposit services in the drive-thru and lobby, an exterior ATM and safe deposit boxes. The full-service banking location will also provide loan services such as home mortgage, personal and business loans, construction lending as well as financial planning and trust services. It is expected to open in 2021.
