BIRMINGHAM, AL — A Texas-based clothing retailer is coming soon to The Summit shopping center. A Birmingham Business Journal report said Tecovas, which operates 13 stores nationwide, will open at 214 Summit Blvd. Based in Austin, Tecovas offers handmade boots, bags and apparel for men and women.
