Jim Avett ALL AGES Jim Avett Jim Avett Live! Jim AvettMy love of music and the journey it has taken me on began early in life. This musical project reflects some of my experiences and opinions formed on that journey. The themes of these songs are built around experiences in love and living and my thoughts regarding both. Three of these songs deal with the serious side of love, one is gospel, one is a tragedy, and two are just fun to sing. All are based on true accounts. I consider my abilities as a singer/songwriter, at best, marginal at times. For me, songwriting is more of a labor than it would be for a more talented person, so for you to hear this project there had to be some strong influence/motivation. This came from two areas...family (including extended family) and some very musically gifted friends. Both gave of themselves to see this project to completion and have my lasting gratitude. We all hope you are entertained by this music. We are a private club selling liquor, which means you must become a member in order to purchase alcoholic beverages. New and renewing members pay $1 for an annual membership. If you do not have a legal ID, and you are over 21, we will not be able to serve you adult beverages. There is also a surcharge at the door of $2 if you are under 21.
