Most pairing dinners feature fine wine, but this pairing dinner is all about the brews. Enjoy a multi-course dinner paired with Legion beer! Join Food & Beverage Social Club and Legion Brewing for an interactive beer pairing dinner! Whether you're a long-time beer lover, or someone who loves learning about how to pair the flavors of food and drink together, you'll be sure to enjoy this experience. This event will take place on Thursday, February 24th from 6:00-8:00pm at Legion Brewing in SouthPark, Charlotte. Legion Brewing was founded in 2015 - and ever since, they have been a leader in the Charlotte beer scene. Their Southpark location was the origin of their full-service brewery experience, featuring a full bar and a full menu. We are excited to showcase a variety of Legion's beers alongside a sampling of their delicious menu. Legion representatives will teach us about the brewing process, why certain beer types taste better with specific foods, and tips for pairing your meals with beer at home. Course #1 Caramelized Short Rib Sliders - Korean BBQ short ribs with a kimchi slaw, Monterey Jack cheese and a sesame dressing Course #2 Braised Short Rib with sweet potato gnocchi and broccoli rabe Course #3 Pimento Cheese and Potato Pierogies - With local pork carnitas, pickled red onion, sour cream and Legion Hot Sauce Dessert Course You will receive a sweet treat alongside Legion's famous Signature Beer, Juicy Jay, to conclude your experience! Safety & Sanitization Protocol F&B Social Club is dedicated to being transparent about our Safety & Sanitization Protocol during the global health crisis. Socially Distanced seating can be requested during the registration process. A Socially Distanced check-in process will be implemented. Anyone who will come into close contact with our guests (F&B Staff, Servers, etc) will be masked. Refund Policy Refunds can be requested through the Eventbrite Platform, but are not guaranteed. We assess refunds on a case-by-case basis. If we can fill your seat from our Waitlist, we will refund you, minus Eventbrite fees. If we cannot fill your seat, or if there is not enough time to fill your seat, then we cannot guarantee a refund due to the fact that we have guaranteed minimums and guest counts with our culinary partners.
