Live in a lovely, fully furnished studio with a full kitchen and full bathroom and a private patio. All utilities are included - including internet. We are seeking a skilled handy person or couple to live on our property and take care of our rentals. We rent a main house (which is a two bedroom and one bath with a private patio), an attached studio, and three vintage campers in the backyard. The vintage campers need various kinds of repairs. You must be able to do some of everything, and when you can’t do something, you must let us know and work with the vendor we send. You will be required to do routine work such as take out the weekly garbage, maintain the lawn, and keep everything looking picture perfect. There are always lots of projects like putting up a new fence or a new gate, paint the shed, etc. We request about 20 hours a week, and you set your own schedule and work at your own pace.
