This workshop will cover the basics of making a charcuterie board. We will dive into food pairings, salami roses/rivers, and presentation.
Join us for a charcuterie workshop, directed by Randi Willard the owner of Charcuterie By Randi, located in downtown Frederick. During this workshop you will be treated to a hands-on charcuterie platter that you will get to take home with you. You will be creating a 9'' board filled with delicious pairings.
