Parking/Admission: FREE Event Info: It’s time to hike another great trail on the Annual Hillsborough County Parks Hiking Spree, with a twist!! Park Naturalists will be leading a special Spree For All event at the park as we highlight the accessible options of the annual Hiking Spree, and encourage everyone to get out and explore our wonderful County Parks and trails. Participants will be invited to explore the park and special activities: Walk the .42mile All Peoples Fitness Trail and adjacent .75mile Hiking Trail to earn Spree Credit Our very first shield assistance event - bring your hiking stick and unattached Spree shields and attach it Just finished your 8 hikes? Collect your rewards in person today Check out our therapeutic and adaptive sports facility Kids can play on our brand-new adaptive playground Learn to cast with the Suncoast Fly Fishermen Association Hydration and create your own trail mix stations Learn about Move Hillsborough, our adaptive athletic program Orienteering and Backpacking Clinics Woodworking Station And more! This is an open event. You can meet our Park Naturalists at the County Park table and explore on your own, or as a group! Park Info: All People’s Life Center opened in 2007 and is one of our showcase facilities. Specifically designed to serve people of all ages and abilities, while specializing in serving people with disabilities. The facility is focused on eliminating barriers to participation for people with disabilities. Home to Hillsborough County's largest adaptive playground. A 10,000-square-foot, ADA-compliant playground that has an adventure theme and numerous play units designed to encourage children to stay active and have fun. In addition to traditional elements like swings and slides, the playground features rope- and rock-climbing structures, musical elements, and synthetic turf. All People's Life Center is also the home for HC Adaptive Sports, a year-round program promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles, through recreational and competitive sports opportunities for area children and adults with physical disabilities. All People's is also home to the only County run Special Olympics teams NOTICE: Fitness Trail conditions are usually dry and accessible, hikers/walkers exploring the unpaved forest area should prepare accordingly, the terrain can be uneven in places. Extra water will be available at our Hydration Station, and restroom facilities are readily available inside the Recreation/Life Center.
