Course Cost $25.00 and includes lunch/refreshments. 0830 am doors open - please arrive early 09:00 - 09:10 am: Welcome and introduction 09:10 - 10:00 am: Berks County Sheriff Eric Weaknecht 10:00 - 11:00 am: David Chang of Civilian Defense Concepts 11:00 - 12:00 pm: Dillon Harris Esq. of Civil Rights Defense Firm 12pm - 12:30 pm: Rachel Brady and Taylor Schad of the PA Hand Center 12:30 - 01:00 pm: Lunch (included) Session 2: Utah Non-Resident Concealed Carry Permit Course Minimum age: 21 years old Course Cost: $150.00 and includes refreshments only 01:00 pm - Please arrive at this time to check-in and for finger printing 01:30 - 05:30pm: training course Allows for the carrying of a concealed weapon in 36 states including Delaware The Utah Non-Resident Concealed Carry Permit Course is a 4-hour course that consists of classroom training only. NO LIVE QUALIFICATION! No live ammo in the classroom. This course costs $150.00 and includes: Firearm Safety & Fundamental Lecture Utah Law Lecture Fingerprinting may be available and starts 20 minutes prior to scheduled class start time Entire lecture on removable media Application stamped by a Utah Certified Instructor Refreshments available all day. Lunch is included with payment for session 1 only. Purchasing this ticket helps the fire company.
