The Village presents “Tell My Story”; an exclusive sharing from the illustrious careers of some of music industry’s greats Join us as we sit down with LIV The Music Group's and The Village's co-founders, Brandon Fletcher & Ben Jones as they discuss their success, navigating the ever-evolving industry and what the future holds. Brandon Fletcher began his musical journey as a producer/engineer at Detroit's legendary Vanguard Recording Studios working with major heavy weights such as R. Kelly, Aretha Franklin and Anita Baker. Founding LIV in 2007, Brandon's vision to create a Motown like community that housed aspiring music artists, producers/songwriters and strong business minds under one umbrella came into fruition. Ben Jones is a seasoned music industry executive with exceptional A&R skills and a knack for building top brands. While working at Warner Bros Records, Ben collaborated with artists such as Wiz Khalifa, Jay Rock, and E-40. Under the tutelage of SVP of A&R, Darrale Jones, he began working on projects for artists such as Lupe Fiasco, Toni Braxton, Trey Songz, Jaheim, and Missy Elliot. In the following years under LIV TMG (with Brandon), he secured 6 major record and publishing deals, toured with Grammy Award winning artists and partnered with top brands such as Pepsi, JBL, and Spotify. The Village opened in 2020 and houses some of the best coaches and team leaders from all over the country serving as a one stop shop for many artists and music enthusiasts.
