I’m doing a multi-course plated dinner for 8-10 people on Friday, February 11th at my home. Need a professional who can help with courses made a la minute, plating, etc.
Help with mis en place on Wed/Thurs. would be great, and getting familiar with the menu would be a major plus.
I’ll guarantee you 10 hrs. at $20/hr, but you may need to help with cleanup and dishes during service.
You can bring a knife-roll, but all you really need are some references or a CV.
